Q&A

Which tests are supported?

Currently, blood, stool and urine test results from veterinary clinics. Daily logs (food intake, weight, energy levels, and changes in stool and urine) are planned in a future update.

How is this different from asking an AI chat?

MinePet Plus keeps your pet’s results as a lifelong record and compares them with your pet’s own history. Results are assigned one of three levels based on rules derived from veterinary literature and reviewed by veterinary experts.

Does the app make a diagnosis?

No. The three levels are there to support awareness, not to diagnose. Please consult your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.

Does it work with results from any clinic?

Yes. Whatever the lab or clinic, you can import the report as a photo or PDF. AI-powered text recognition and our own algorithms extract the values and standardize how they are imported, even between different labs and clinics.

Can I add past results?

Yes. You can import past reports, no matter how old they are. Results are organized by date and added to the right charts.

Which animals are supported?

Cats and dogs only.

How do I get started?

Open app.mine-pet.com in your browser and create an account right there — it’s free and there’s nothing to install. Some veterinary clinics also offer it as “MinePet Circle,” an annual package bundled with a health check.
